Privacy, in plain language.

We want families to understand what we collect and why.

Website privacy notice. This page covers the Foundit website and launch waitlist. Foundit’s app-specific privacy policy and parent notice are being finalized before public app release.

The short version

If you join the Foundit launch waitlist, we ask for one thing: your email address so we can tell you when Foundit is available. We are not asking for a child’s information through this website waitlist.

Information we collect on this website

When you voluntarily join the waitlist, we collect your email address, the signup source, and the date/time of signup. We may also use limited, privacy-conscious technical information needed to keep the website reliable and protect forms from abuse.

How we use it

We use your waitlist email to send launch or availability information about Foundit and to operate the waitlist. We do not collect it to create a detailed advertising profile.

Children

The public website waitlist is intended for parents, guardians, caregivers, and other adults. Children should not submit personal information through the waitlist.

Service providers

We may use service providers to host the website, store waitlist entries, monitor reliability, and protect the service. They may process information only as needed to provide those services to Foundit, subject to our agreements and applicable law.

Your choices

You can ask us to remove your waitlist email or answer a privacy question through the support channel listed on our Support page.

App privacy

The Foundit mobile app has a separate, more detailed privacy architecture involving family play, photos, sharing, data retention, deletion, and child-safety considerations. Those app-specific disclosures are being finalized and will be published before the public app launch.

Draft website privacy notice for launch preparation. Final legal language should be reviewed by qualified counsel before public app release.
